My corporate career gave me something most consultants in this space do not have — a firsthand understanding of what senior leadership actually looks like from the inside, and how rarely that depth translates to how leaders appear online.

The professionals I worked alongside were accomplished, credible, and genuinely impactful. But their digital presence told a different story. Or worse — told no story at all.

I founded LeaderSphere with one conviction: professional visibility is not a vanity exercise. It is a strategic advantage. And most senior professionals in India have been left to figure it out entirely alone.
